Music, books and movie properties have a long history of copyright problems, especially in China and India. Chinese government payed few attention on it and few protection to producers. In the recent years, China start to build law in order to give more protection on the intellectual property rights. People could free see all movies and books online without agree of authors. So many website owners got benefits from it. By the more and more people's protest, chinese government start to control it whit law. Now people can not easy to clip movies online. However people can pay fee to see movies, such as Netflix.

The controversy still exists. Governments can't stop people to remark other movies or TV programs. "You are super star" was been remarked by American TV from Britain. The Hollywood films are often cleverly  remade by other countries, such as indian "Bollywood".  India produces more movies than any other country, which is almost twice as many as America foes in an average year. In fact, so many movies are made in Mumbai that the international film community refers to the city as Bollywood. However many of them are suspected of plagiarism. The American TV show 'UglyBetty' have been  plagiarized by many other countries.  You are easy to find out the India Ugly Betty, The russian betty, the Chinese Betty, the Colombian Betty, the Mexican Betty,  and the Spanish Betty. All stories are the same but the actors. However did they pay to the right of the original show?

Blog 8- Propaganda techniques

More and more words and speech you don't need memorize. They've already been imposed in you mind when you are unaware. The repetition is a type of propaganda techniques and it is powerful. This type of propaganda deals with a jingle or word that is repeated over and over again, thus getting it stuck in someone's head, so they can buy the product. You spend money on the TV cable. However you get many advertisements when seeing the programing. A time of movie can be prolonged double times, and the ads jump up every 10 minutes, even more longer than the movie. So you see ever 10 minutes of the movie with the ads that are interspersed in it. The repetition technique is not only used on business, it also can be used by politicians. They use media,  repeat something that they want to say, and impose them in your mind. Your probably gradually agree their ideas.

The repetition can be existed in everywhere of society, such as on movies, on news, on TV programs, even  among of people's talking. The last century, chinese government used oral transmitting to pass their ideas. They put thousands loudspeakers in streets and  repeated over and over again of their ideas. Millions of people were involved in the Culture Revolution.

The different personal style- She thinks the most helpful factor is her different personal style. She naturally uses her personal idea and individual style to effect audiences. Each time of interview and report, she makes her own questions that she wants to know and interest, then report them to the public. 

Helps raise funds- Now she is a host of weekly talk show called Swirl Radio that targets the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. The Asian- American local luminary in San Francisco has also hosted San Francisco's annual gay pride parade and helps raise funds and awareness for a variety of local and national LGBT causes. She thinks it is a very big part in her life. 

Blog 7-The High Speed Internet

I was born in the 80s. The internet began into my life around 1994. Until 1997, computer started being common and an essential  family electronic, and I got my first personal laptop in 2002. Since Internet came to homes, technologies are improved fast with high speed. That all  depend on the Information people can get more and more. Mail used to be delivered by  messengers, who rode on horses for many days, even a month. But today the other side get the mail barely the same time that we send. So every thing became easier, faster and more efficient.

I left from my native country long time ago. I keep my friendship with email, blog, and Facebook. Whether I go to anywhere, I like to send photos to share with my friends or my parents. I know they want to know where I am or what I am doing. I use the Skype to call my chinese friends, spanish friends, my cousin, who is in Paris, my parents, who are in Spain. I amazed that the internet technology makes the world smaller.
I got my  clothes, camera, video camera, softwares, books and television etc on line. There are more and more merchandise people can get on line.

But people still concern what kind of the world will be brought by the high speed rising of Technology. People also have to face dire or mischief from social network. The most new movie "Scream 4" replaced the old murdering manner of calling with social network. The two high school teenagers put the info about the next victim on Facebook to let all people, who were related with the victim know. Compare with the before "scream" we are aware the technologies have been progressed so fast.

People say Iphone dominates the recent world. Because people can get any information from the small body, people can know where they are or where they should go, people can check stocks to know how to invest and earn money, people can connect and discusses with friends and families, people can put photos to let others know where are they and people can enjoy entertainments on it, etc. But we don't know the fast, powerful and efficient internet technology will bring what kind of world in the next minute.

Crate an account number in the board, write a profit about yourself, tape your friends name in find your friends and add your friends as your friends. You and your friends can connect on the website and others can see. The Facebool "wall"  provides a hug stage that people can show off. For example, if you travel to some amazing place, take a picture and add it on the wall, your friends will see it and can follow your trail to see everything that you see, such as your eyes. Your friends of friends also can see it through your friends. 

Facebook has more than 600 million active users in Jan 2011. 

Controversies- 

1, Unknown effects. - We've known the immeasurable powerful effects of social networks. The big concern  is capability of organization. People can propaganda anything in the board, and organize some active function. This concern usually is overacted by China, North Korea, or other countries in which the governments are very conservative against.  For example, The northwest of china- urumqi had an rebellion in 2007. Local residents conflicted with polices, and 120 people were injured. According to a chinese official spokesman- this was a premeditated activity.  East turkistan separatists built a board by Facebook with about 500 people to plan this accident. Since then, the west social networks were restricted, such as facebook, twitter, lesbian etc. 

2, Real world or virtual world. - The huge social space provides  a brilliant stage where people can present limitless information. Some of them  probably get addicted of the virtual world. 

4, Under observation. Any action of people is monitored. 

3, Suspected of Speculation. This is about the controversy of Movie. The movie was released before  the Facebook company appear on market. People suspect the Facebook company exploit the movie speculate its stock. The movie looks like a subtle advertisement.  Many people follow the news about that.  Someone guesses if the Facenook company appear on market, the stock would be $150 -$200 each share.

blog 5- movie's big effect.

Movie is a prime source of entertainment and information. The most important effect is on Stereotyping.

People chose information that they want to give, people offer ideas that they want to offer, and people control audience's ideology through movies, that has been the most important media.

Movie is powerful to control people's ideology. For example, The horror movie- scream, attempts audiences to guess who is the murderer. The victims  always are women and minorities. So women and minorities are stereotyped as weak and problem. Most audiences are aware that the fist and easily to dead usually are black men, then white women. White and strong handsome men are stereotyped as heros.  Native americans have been one of the most negatively stereotyped ethic groups in American Films. According to one critic," The indians are always going  to slaughter somebody or they are running by a wagon train full of women and children and the women and children knock them off their horses. Every time they pull a trigger an Indian dies. Another example, The most disaster movies usually show the world disasters happened in America, and finally were saved by American. Other countries were powerless and bystanders. 

Dan Brown is a writer who likes to travel around Europe, and thinks Europe is a magical place which can provide more inspiration. He traveled to Rome, and envisaged in the complicate narrow alleys the murders and heros were playing hide. The film Angles and Demons was blamed by Catholic, even was banned in Samoa for the critical of the Catholic Church. They thought the film guided innocent people to think the religion was fraud.  

Movie studios set the bad image or negative image of race and gender. However most audiences follow the idea of the movies. Their mind have been controlled by media. People are difficult to objectively judge.

The stereotyping emphasizes movie is a big effect in the media. It can easily control ideology. In the early 50s, 90 million people- almost 75 percent of the population went to the movies every week. Even though most people choose to stay at home to watch movies, they are still powerful to influence people.
